Opening new employment opportunity or improving tenancy history can break a cycle of homelessness and maximize a family’s success in their next home. Construct offers a range of life skills and adult education programs to our clients and tenants.

Life Skills:
Food & nutrition, apartment maintenance skills, health and hygiene, conflict resolution, job interviewing , management of personal finances and self-advocacy

Adult Education:
Study for the GED exam, work on academic skills, obtain job training. Leadership and self-determination are fostered at weekly resident meetings. Employment, educational, and substance abuse counseling are accessible through a network of area agencies.
