The natural beauty and rich culture of the Southern Berkshire region hides a reality of homelessness for many. The staff and volunteers of Construct Inc. work with residents to create a safe, caring and nonjudgmental environment to enable a successful transition into permanent, affordable housing.

• Young Adult Independent Living (YAIL) program offers 5 rooms to single men for 3 to 6 months.
• Transition Housing for Families Three apartments are available for up to 12 months for families with children
• The Women In Transition House (WITH), completed in 2004, added 5 rooms for 4-5 single women.

Staff is available around the clock to help residents find jobs, apartments and address any legal, health, or other issues that may have contributed to their housing crisis.
